Ever had a life lesson from your 5 year old daughter?
I have and it prompted this Free Stress Reduction Meditation
I’m sure you can relate
Walking slightly in front of her, my impatient strides making her legs take many steps rushing her along. She was holding my hand, half running, half skipping trying to keep up with her grumpy mum.
I was having a stressful morning
We were late for school
The uniform wasn’t spick and span
I’d forgotten the lunch money
Book bag was left on the kitchen table.
I was late for an appointment
I was that mum in a foul mood – Rushing my daughter to school
Grumpy and Shouting at her to hurry up.
Then she burst into song. “let it go, let it go” in full Elsa mode.
It stopped me in my tracks and I received my greatest life lesson from my daughter and a bloomin Disney Film. (In all honesty Disney films are fab for quotes and inspiration)
To make it a better day I simply had to let it go. Release the stress and Let It Go.
Sometimes you don’t have a 5 year old coaching and singing at you. Sometimes you need a little bit more help.
I hope during the course of the 30 day’s consecutive blogging that I have helped you in some way. My aim at the outset was to help visitors to the blog have the chance to get to know me better, to learn about my style of coaching and speaking, to see how I love to see beauty and humour around me along with the beauty inside everyone.
I hope I have achieved this.

Sometimes however you just have to let it go.
