When was the last time anyone paid you attention for a full 60 minutes actively listening to what you had to say and valuing every word and action you take upon yourself? Coaching with me can be challenging and even quirky at times. I like to build up a great rapport with my clients and will often suggest that we take a walk in nature or do something that will challenge your physical abilities as well as your mental / emotional ones. It could be walking on hot coals or doing a 5K run I'll be there with you if that is what it takes. Whatever course of action is best, you will decide upon it and you will get yourself there with your coach at your side. All sessions are held in the strictest confidence, in an informal and non-judgmental manner. Security and confidentiality is of utmost importance, with the clients wishes paramount working towards the future and enjoying the present.
