I have worked with Elaine on several topics, some more serious than others. At all times she has brought her own inimitable style and sense of fun to the coaching sessions. This has helped me to see topics for what they are and not to be too consumed by them. Elaine took a group of people, who had just been made redundant, we were all still very shocked about the situation. Within the space of three days Elaine worked wonders. She gave us the will to carry on and the determination to want to carry on to better things. Elaine has changed my for the better, very shortly I will become self employed.
